* Apple Inc AAPL.O concept shares in China and Hong Kong rose in early trading on Friday, with Gao Wei Electronics 1415.HK up 11.4 per cent in intraday trading and closing up more than 7 per cent in early trading. Gale shares of the well-known fruit chain company 002241.SZ rose 9.6 per cent to a record high and closed up about 5 per cent in early trading. There were earlier reports that Apple Inc was speeding up car development projects and shifting his focus to self-driving cars.

* Lixun Precision 002475.SZ rose 7.5% in morning trading to close 3.6%; Lance Technology 300433.SZ closed up more than 4%; Tianyin Holdings 000829.SZ, Dongshan Precision 002384.SZ, Xinwanda 300207.SZ and BYD Electronic 0285.HK closed between 0.8% and 2% in morning trading.

* Apple Inc is working to speed up the development of its electric car and refocus the project on fully autonomous driving, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter. The company aims to go public as early as 2025, the report said.

* Apple Inc's US stock closed up 2.85% on Thursday, with a total market capitalization of $2.59 trillion, making it the world's largest company by market capitalization, surpassing Microsoft Corp MSFT.O. (end)
