Yin Dongmei:We always treat all team members with respect and equality, and we all have a full range of salaries-13 salaries, annual bonuses, various post allowances and full attendance awards in addition to the base salary. In our employee apartment, each person has a personal private space of 5.5 square meters and complete supporting facilities. after work, the employee apartment also organizes rich recreational activities such as badminton, basketball, yoga and so on. At the same time, the HR team will also pay attention to many small details, such as cool bags in summer and warm bags in winter, including ginger tea, warm babies, gloves and so on.

Economic observation Network: the recruitment cycle of more than 10,000 employees in Beijing Global Resort?

Yin Dongmei:Batch recruitment began in January 2020, and the first batch of skilled staff recruitment experienced careful selection. For example, five baristas were selected from more than 50 candidates, some of them from Starbucks Corp and McDonald's Corp. They all have a three-month professional training, coffee knowledge and professional tests. In the end, they completed the professional challenge of mixing 12 cups of different flavors of coffee within 10 minutes and came back to become professional baristas in our global resort.

A large number of job recruitment began in March 2021. The recruitment of skilled staff in the early stage is very slow, and the recruitment cycle is relatively long, all through layers of selection and professional training, which is basically the competition rate at 10:1.

Yin Dongmei:At present, there are nearly 1,000 employees in the entertainment department, including about 500,600 Chinese and foreign actors, who are divided into professional fields such as singing and dancing. For example, Marilyn Monroe on Hollywood Boulevard was auditioned from foreign actresses; in the Harry Potter scenic spot, various actors were also selected from all over the world, including major cities in the country, as well as several stops in London and Hollywood, and later changed to online auditions because of the epidemic. The reason for massive selection is to create a sense of immersion for tourists.

Our technical service department also has very detailed majors, such as horticulture, facilities and so on. We will recruit professional technical staff, such as technical staff with electrician certificates, who need to hold valid certificates to take up the post, and there is also on-the-job skills training internally.

Yin Dongmei:At present, we have cooperation with more than 40 schools. The local vocational colleges in Tongzhou basically cooperate with us, such as Metro Vocational School, Modern Music College, Transportation Vocational College and so on. At the national level, from Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College to Sanya Zhongrui Hotel Management Vocational College are our cooperative colleges.

We attach great importance to the interns who come here and treat future talents equally in the same way as employees. The internship period is usually 6 months, and some students happen to be sophomores, who usually spend 12 months on the job. For interns, we treat them as regular employees and provide free employee apartments and two employee meals a day. Interns are also arranged according to formal shifts, and there are different interns every year.
