E3 Metals Corp. said Wednesday that it has received around 5.6 million Canadian dollars, or roughly US$4.5 million, from exercised warrants.
The company said 3.5 million warrants were exercised in October, with around 3.2 million exercised in the past week in connection with a private placement.
E3 Metals said it has over C$17 million in cash and 56.9 million shares outstanding.
The company said it intends to use the funds to accelerate its development plans in 2022.
