(hereinafter referred to as "COSCO Shipping Group") notice, based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of the company's investment value, to increase its holding of 7.9 million A shares of the company through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system on October 18, 2021 (" first increase ") Cosco Shipping Group or its subsidiaries plan to increase their holdings of A shares and H shares with their own funds within 6 months from the date of the first increase, with a total amount of not less than 1 billion yuan and no more than 2 billion yuan (including the first increase of shares).

Cosco Shipping Group has recently increased its A-share holdings by 45.4 million shares (including the first increase) through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for about 0.284% of the company's total issued share capital at the end of the third quarter of 2021. The amount of increase reached more than 50% of the lower limit of the planned increase of 1 billion yuan.

After the above increase, COSCO Shipping Group and its subsidiaries collectively hold approximately 7.298 billion A shares and 114 million H shares of the Company, accounting for approximately 46.29% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the end of the third quarter of 2021.
