0834 GMT - Thai Beverage's earnings could benefit as the country reopens its borders, UOB Kay Hian says. Thailand plans to reopen international borders to 10 countries, including the U.S., the U.K., China and Singapore, in November, which should boost the tourism sector. The brokerage also expects the country to loosen its ongoing alcohol ban and to reopen bars and other nightlife venues. The arrival of vaccinated tourists should help demand for alcohol products. UOB Kay Hian keeps a buy rating and S$0.92 target price on ThaiBev, whose shares are 0.7% higher at S$0.72. (yongchang.chin@wsj.com)
