According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ya Life Service (03319) released its 2017 results. The company achieved a turnover of 1.76 billion yuan (same under the unit), an increase of 41.5% over the previous year; net profit of 289 million yuan, an increase of 80.3% over the previous year; and basic earnings per share of 0.35 yuan.

According to the announcement, in 2017, revenue from property management services increased 23.3% year-on-year to 1,255 million yuan. The increase was mainly due to an increase in the total construction area under management. Non-owners' value-added service revenue increased 113.7% to $453 million, and owners' value-added service revenue increased 86.4% to $101 million.

In 2017, the company's total construction area under management was 78.3 million square meters, an increase of 56.5% over last year; and the average monthly residential property management fee per square meter increased from $2.94 in 2016 to $3.01 in 2017.

In terms of profit, the company's gross profit increased 89.5% year-on-year to 590 million yuan. Gross margin increased from 25.0% to 33.5% in 2017.
