On October 22, Capital State learned thatDevelopment of Eagle Eye Technology in BeijingThe Hong Kong Stock Exchange updated the prospectus after the hearing, and it will soon be listed in Hong Kong. UBS and CITIC Securities are their joint sponsors.

According to hearing data, Eagle Eye Technology is an artificial intelligence medical device company that mainly provides early detection, auxiliary diagnosis and health risk assessment solutions for artificial intelligence retinal image recognition.

There are three versions of AirDoc-Aifundus, a self-developed core product in the Eagle Eye Technology product portfolio. AirDoc-AiFundus (1.0) is an artificial intelligence medical device software approved to aid in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy to assist doctors in making medical diagnoses. It is the first medical device of its kind to obtain a Class III medical device certificate from the National Drug Administration.

Furthermore, the company has yet to commence clinical trials of AirDOC-AIFundus (2.0) and AirDoc-Aifundus (3.0), and has yet to receive any notice of objection from the National Drug Administration to commence AirDoc-Aifundus (2.0) clinical trials.

As of the last practical date, Eagle Eye Technology has 158 patents, patent applications and published PCT applications, 24 of which relate to core products.

On the financial side, in 2019, 2020, and the first half of this year, the company achieved revenue of 3.415 million yuan (RMB, same below), 476.72 million yuan, and 494.77 million yuan; net losses of 87.139 million yuan, 79.626 million yuan, and 37.49 million yuan.
