According to the announcement, the company had made an appointment to disclose the "third quarter report 2021" on October 29, 2021. After inquiry and verification, the short-term transaction was caused by the operation error of Ms. Zhang Langping. Although it occurred during the window of the company's periodic report disclosure, Mr. Tan Yubin did not know about the transaction and did not inform him about the company's operation or other inside information. There is no case of trading company shares for profit because of inside information.
