0011 GMT - South Korea's Kospi rises 1.0% to 3019.12 in early trade, led by electronics and shipbuilding stocks. The benchmark index is set to gain for a third consecutive session and rebound from a third straight weekly loss. Wall Street's gains overnight on a strong start of third-quarter earnings season and easing inflation concerns are supporting investor sentiment. Tech giant Samsung Electronics rises 2.2% and memory-chip maker SK Hynix gains 2.9%. Apple supplier LG Innotek jumps 4.9% as flat-screen maker LG Display climbs 4.5%.
