In addition, after the share consolidation, the issued share capital of 38.961 billion shares will be reduced, that is, the total number of consolidated shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole number; by cancelling the paid-up share capital of HK $0.09 per issued consolidated share, the nominal value of each issued consolidated share will be reduced from HK $0.10 to HK $0.01 per share; and the credit resulting from the capital reduction will be transferred to the contributed earnings account of the company.
