Haixin Group(01850.HK), the Offeror Great Season Ventures Limited, Luen Teng Holdings Limited and Ren Kwai Sang jointly announced that the offer closed at 04:00 on Monday, 11 October 2021 and had not been amended or extended by the Joint Offeror. The joint offeror has received three valid acceptances in relation to a total of approximately 30,000 offer shares, representing approximately 0.004% of the total issued share capital of the company at the date of this joint announcement. Taking into account the accepted shares, the Joint Offeror and the Joint Offeror acting in concert are interested in a total of approximately 600 million shares, representing approximately 75.00% and slightly more than that proportion of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this joint announcement.
