[Zhitong {split / merger effective date hint: digital Kingdom (00547.HK)}] data from Zhitong Financial APP show that the 10-in-1 restructuring plan of Digital Kingdom (00547.HK) will take effect today, as follows:

(1) share consolidation-every ten (10) existing issued shares will be consolidated into one (1) consolidated share. The nominal value of all the then issued consolidated shares will be increased from HK $0.01 to HK $0.10 per share.

(2) Capital reduction-after the share consolidation, the issued share capital is reduced, that is, (I) fractional consolidated shares arising from the issued share capital of the Company will be cancelled to reduce the total number of consolidated shares down to a whole number, and (ii) the nominal value of each issued consolidated share will be reduced from HK $0.10 per issued consolidated share to HK $0.01 per issued consolidated share by cancelling the paid-up share capital of HK $0.09 per issued Consolidated share. And (iii) transfer the income arising from the reduction in equity to the contributed surplus account of the Company; and
