[Caihua News]Xinyuan Service (01895.HK)As disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 27 July 2021, Mr. Fu Shaojun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 27 July 2021. Since his appointment, the company has once again complied with rules 3.10 (1) and 3.21 of the listing rules and complied with the new guidelines for resumption of trading.

At the request of the Company, trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9: 00 a.m. on 1 April 2021, pending compliance with other requirements set out in the resumption guidelines and will continue to be suspended until further notice. The company will issue further announcements in due course.
