As of the date of this announcement, the principal of the issue is HK $126.3 million. On September 30, 2021, the Company entered into a supplementary agreement with the placing Agent, pursuant to which the parties have agreed, among other things, to extend the 2021 placing period to 29 October 2021. In addition to the extension of the 2021 placing period, the other terms and conditions of the 2021 placing Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
