Glonghui, September 28, 丨 Century Rex (01450.HK) issued an announcement. These offers ended at 4:00 p.m. on September 28, 2021, and were not revised or extended by the offeror. At 4:00 p.m. on September 28, 2021, the offeror (i) has received valid acceptance of a total of 5.26 million offered shares under the relevant share offer, equivalent to about 0.48% of the company's total issued share capital as of the date of this joint announcement; and (ii) has not received any acceptance of the share purchase rights under the relevant share option offer.

Taking into account the effective acceptance of the offered shares under the relevant share offer and the expiration of 11.9 million share options, immediately after the closing of such offers, the offeror and those acting in concert will hold a total of 718 million shares, equivalent to about 65.87% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this joint announcement and immediately after the end of such offers.

Immediately after the closing of these offers and on the date of this joint announcement, 297 million shares (accounting for about 27.27% of the company's total issued share capital) were held by the public. As a result, on the date of this joint announcement, the company continued to meet the minimum public shareholding requirement under section 8.08 (1) (a) of the listing rules.
