[Caihua Social News] JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited (01691.HK) announced that on September 23, 2021, the company received notice from JS Holding Limited Partnership (JS Holding) of its potential intention to increase its shareholdings, and Mr. Wang Xuning, the company's controlling shareholder, executive director, CEO and chairman, purchased a total of 562000 shares and 300000 shares in the open market in his personal capacity on September 16, 2021 and September 17, 2021, respectively.

As at the date of the announcement, the entity JS Holding controlled by Mr. Wang was interested in approximately 1.6036 billion shares. Mr. Wang holds approximately 23.521 million shares directly and approximately 1.9349 billion shares through his controlling entities JS Holding and Sol Omnibus SPC, representing a total of approximately 56.04 per cent of the issued share capital of the company. Mr. Wang has an interest in approximately 1.9811 billion shares, accounting for approximately 56.69% of the total issued share capital of the company at the date of the announcement.
