富豪酒店(00078)附属向四海国际(00120)附属提供的贷款总额减少至8.57亿港元

The total amount of loans provided by Regal Hotels (00078) to Sihai International (00120) has been reduced to HK $857 million.

Zitong Financial App NewsletterFour Seas International (00120)及Regal Hotel (00078)It is jointly announced that according to the original financing agreement signed between Long Profits (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regal), Sihai and Bizwise (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sihai) on August 4, 2016, Long Profits granted a total of HK $1.85 billion of original loan financing (i.e. term loan and revolving loan financing) to Bizwise.

On September 21, 2021 (after trading hours), Long Profits, Sihai and Bizwise entered into a supplementary agreement to amend certain terms of the original financing Agreement. The total amount of the revised loan financing will be reduced to HK $857 million and the maturity date will be extended to October 12, 2024.
