Shenzhen World Bank Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") announces the relevant business transactions with Evergrande Group and its member enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "Evergrande Group") as follows:
The company has business relations with Evergrande Group, and the company provides new house agent sales services for Evergrande Group and charges corresponding commission. Recently, due to the cash flow difficulties of Evergrande Group, the company has been in contact with Evergrande Group to negotiate and solve the problem of accounts receivable of the company. As of August 31, 2021, the balance of bills receivable between the company and Evergrande Group is 551 million yuan, and the balance of accounts receivable is 694 million yuan. As of the date of announcement, the company and Evergrande Group have reached a settlement of about 246 million yuan in receivables, with a balance of 999 million yuan.
The company is actively negotiating with Evergrande Group to seek more solutions. The company does not rule out safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company and the majority of investors through property preservation, legal litigation and other means.
In addition, on May 12, 2017, in order to maintain the business strategic cooperation with Evergrande Group, the company signed the "Suzhou Industrial Park Ruican Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with Shanghai Huaxin Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaxin Capital"). Invest 100 million yuan in Ruican Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) in Suzhou Industrial Park with its own funds to participate in the capital increase of Evergrande Group.
