[Caihua News] Bauhaus (00483.HK) announced that it is expected to make a net profit of about $5 million to $55 million in the six months to the end of September this year, compared with a net loss of about $37.6 million in the same period last year.

The company pointed out that the change from loss to profit in half a year was mainly due to a gain of about $33.7 million from the sale of properties disclosed earlier, and about $20 million to $21 million from the sale of the second floor of Wo Fu Building in Tsuen Wan.
