Huaxia Culture Technology (01566.HK) today appointed Dr. Li Zhenbang as CEO-GLOBAL VR to develop technology for Huaxia Culture and manage the global VR business. Dr. Li will introduce more cooperation opportunities, capital and business resources.
Dr. Li has been involved in Hong Kong's financial industry since 2012, acquired PF Group Holdings Limited (08221.HK) in 2020, and is currently the executive director and chairman of the board of directors of a listed company. Dr. Li was infatuated with martial arts from an early age and learned martial arts from an early age. He learned from Mr. Ip Chun, the son of Mr. Ip Man, the master of martial arts, as his direct disciple.
Zhuang Xiangsong, founder and chairman of the group, said that he looked forward to the future cooperation with Dr. Li, describing Dr. Li as a man who is both civil and military, versatile and can learn from each other in many ways. At present, the world-class VR games introduced by the Group include "Tower Tag", the world's first live-action and networked wireless game, developed by the German champion e-sports Game Park and CASEGA JOYPOLIS, "Mortal Blitz", the large-space VR game jointly developed by the Japanese and South Korean teams, "Zero Latency", Asia's first VR shooting game developed by the Australian team, and "Terminator", a four-player team developed by the United States. And the red VR e-sports game "the Defense of the Yellow Ocean" independently developed by Huaxia Culture and Technology.
The Group also cooperates with Huawei to develop different VR software and hardware technologies. Huawei is responsible for providing cloud VR and hardware technical support, while Huaxia Culture and Technology and its Japanese CASEGAJOYPOLIS R & D Park team provide world-class game software and content.
In addition, the Group has been authorized by the Information Industry Chamber of Commerce of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to act as the exclusive organizer of the e-sports Competition of the World VR Industry Conference. The Group's forward-looking VR industrial resources are recognized and supported by Jiangtie International Holdings Group Co., Ltd. And China Investment International Co., Ltd. The three parties signed a cooperation agreement in July 2021, hoping to exert synergy and jointly complete the VR industrial project in the future.
