[Caihua Social News] 08287.HK announced that a controlling shareholder of the company, Lincats (BVI) Limited (Lincats), has notified that Lincats will sell 200000 shares, 1.73 million shares and 196.07 million shares of the company on the open market on September 3, 2021, September 6, 2021 and September 7, 2021, respectively. Therefore, exchange trading is conducted through the trading platform of the Stock Exchange at an average consideration of approximately HK $0.194, HK $0.220 and HK $0.240 per share, for a total consideration of about HK $46.543 million, a total of 198 million shares were sold on the open market (representing 30 per cent of the total issued share capital of the company at the date of the announcement).

As at the date of the announcement, Lincats is owned by Mr. Jin Bingquan, Mr. Jin Junye and Mr. Xu Ziqian as 81.8%, 9.1% and 9.1% respectively, all of whom are executive directors of the company.
