[Caihua Social News] TL NATURAL GAS (08536.HK) announced that the company took note of a notice issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on September 3, 2021. As disclosed in the SFC announcement, the SFC has recently conducted an inquiry on the equity distribution of the company. The results of the inquiry conducted by the CSRC showed that on August 18, 2021, 18 shareholders held a total of 71.0075 million shares in the company, equivalent to 40.06 per cent of the issued shares. The relevant equity, together with 93.75 million shares (52.89% of the issued shares) held by the two major shareholders of the company, is equivalent to 92.95% of the issued shares on August 18, 2021. As a result, only 12.4975 million shares, or 7.05 per cent of the issued shares, are held by other shareholders.

Based on the information available and to the best of the knowledge of the Board having made all reasonable enquiries, the Company confirms that not less than 25% of the issued shares were held by the public as at 18 August and 5 September 2021 and that the Company has maintained sufficient public shareholdings as required by the rules governing the listing of GEM Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
