On August 20, 2021, Aoyuan Health released its 2021 interim results report. As of the end of June 2021, the area under management of Aoyuan Health's property management service division was 44.297 million square meters, an increase of 176.0% over the previous year.

The period of rapid growth in the area under management was mainly concentrated in the second half of 2020. By the end of 2020, the property management service division had reached 41.394 million square meters of area under management.

In the first half of 2021, Aoyuan Health achieved operating income of 1,003 million yuan, an increase of 83.0% over the previous year; gross profit was about 347 million yuan, an increase of 57.2% over the previous year; gross margin was 34.6%, of which the gross margin of the property management service segment was 34.5%, the gross margin of the commercial operation service division was 37.9%; net profit was about 186 million yuan, an increase of 66.3% over the previous year; and the net profit margin was 18.5%.
