United Energy Group (00467.HK) announced that United Oil and Gas Holdings (22.01%) and United Energy Holdings (13.88%), which are held by the chairman and ultimate controlling shareholder Zhang Hongwei, and the famous teacher Group (4.9%) held by his daughter Zhang Meiying will enter into voting arrangements with He Fu (directly holding about 30.54% of the company).

The above-mentioned companies will sell their attached voting rights to He Fu, which will increase to 71.34 per cent after taking into account He Fu's 30.54 per cent stake in the company.

He Fu is a company of Oriental Group (600811.SH).
