01580.HK announcement, on September 1, 2021, the board of directors resolved to further adjust the terms of the revised public offering, which will be implemented at the offer price of HK $0.04 per offer share on the basis of three offer shares for every five shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date. Assuming that there is no change in the issued share capital of the Company between the date of this announcement and the record date, 585 million offer shares are equivalent to 60.0% of the issued share capital and approximately 37.5% of the issued share capital as expanded by the issued offer shares.

As the shares are traded at less than HK $2000 per lot, the Board recommends that each lot traded on the Stock Exchange be changed from 5000 shares to 30000 shares upon completion of the modified Public offering.
