Guanxinyuan Service (01895.HK) announced its annual results on August 31, 2020, total income increased by about 22.4% year-on-year to about 653.7 million yuan, gross profit increased by about 27.7% year-on-year to about 257.7 million yuan, profit attributable to company owners increased by 61.4% year-on-year to about 131.2 million yuan, and proposed to pay a final dividend of HK10.2 cents per common share.

As at 31 December 2020, the contracted floor area of the Group's property management services was about 53 million square metres, an increase of about 43.2 per cent compared with about 37 million square metres on 31 December 2019.
