The group achieved an income of 149 million yuan (the same unit below), an increase of 99.37% over the same period last year. The profit attributable to the company's shareholders was 209 million yuan, compared with a loss of 119 million yuan in the same period last year.

The increase in revenue was mainly due to its contribution over a full six-month period from the acquisition of Kaisheng Group in the fourth quarter of 2020, the announcement said.
