00546.HK announced that the Committee on Environment, Society and Governance of the Board of Directors (ESG Committee) was established on August 31st, 2021. The ESG Committee was set up to promote the development and implementation of the Group's environmental, social and governance issues.

Mr. Li Xuechun, Mr. Li Tak Heng, Mr. Liu Zhongwei, Mr. Xu Zhenghong and Mr. Zhang Youming have been appointed as members of the ESG Committee, and Mr. Li Xuechun has been appointed as the Chairman of the ESG Committee with effect from 31 August 2021.
