In the first half of 2021, Hefu's brilliant turnover was HK $3.931 billion, an increase of about 51 per cent over the same period last year, while the profit attributable to shareholders was HK $32.8 million, down about 55 per cent from the same period last year. Basic earnings per share was HK4.87 cents and the Board declared an interim dividend of HK0.5 cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2021.

During the financial period, the turnover of the group's property agency business segment was HK $3.8212 billion, accounting for 97% of the group's total turnover, while the turnover of the financial services business was about HK $110.1 million, accounting for 3% of the group's total turnover. By region, Guangzhou business accounts for about 35% of the group's total turnover, while non-Guangzhou business accounts for about 65%. In the first half of 2021, the Group sold about HK $300.5 billion in new homes, with a total sales area of about 17.03 million square meters.
