Zhitong Financial APP News, Fangyuan Life Service (09978) released interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2021. In the first half of 2021, the group earned about 264 million yuan in revenue, an increase of 105.08% over the same period last year. The profit attributable to the owners of the company was 11.09 million yuan, an increase of 309.23% over the same period last year, and earnings per share were 2.77 cents.

It is learnt that the increase in the Group during the period is mainly due to an increase in income from property management services of about 85.5 million yuan, value-added services of about 19.6 million yuan and community value-added services of about 23.6 million yuan, which is due to the acquisition of Modern Life.
