Zhitong Financial App News, Yashili International (01230) announced that on August 26th, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Osmani Mengniu, and the seller Inner Mongolia Mengniu Cheese (a member of Mengniu Group) entered into an equipment purchase agreement. Osmang Mengniu agreed to purchase and the seller agreed to sell the equipment at a total consideration of about 4.06 million yuan. Oishi Mengniu purchased equipment under the equipment purchase agreement, including various types of milk chip manufacturing and production equipment.

The directors are of the view that the equipment purchase agreement and the proposed transactions under it will enable the company to expand its business portfolio, diversify its product line and generate more revenue.
