The batch rental of hotels will be implemented on August 1, 2020. the average room occupancy rate of Hotel City Garden in the current financial year is 92.8% (2019 Universe 41.7%), and the average room rent is reduced by 45.8% year-on-year. The rental income for the current financial year is HK $68 million (2019 USD 2020: HK $62 million).
