The occupation permit (occupation permit) of the Group's second hotel at the Hong Kong International Airport, the Lihao Space City Hotel, was issued in March 2021, which was developed through a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company under the sublease of the Airport Authority. The new hotel has a number of sustainable features in building design, construction and operation, and has been awarded gold level in the provisional assessment of Green Construction EIA certification. Recently, a new green loan with a total financing amount of HK $3100000000 has been established for hotel properties through syndicated loan financing. The hotel is expected to open by the end of this year.

The design and planning for the renovation of one of the existing properties owned by the Group in London, UK, into a hotel is being improved and is now expected to commence in the first quarter of 2022. Upon completion of the renovation, the new hotel will be operated by the Group itself.

The lessee of the hotel owned by the Group in Barcelona, Spain continues to violate the lease. The Group has commenced legal proceedings against the lessee to exercise its rights under the lease agreement, including the resumption of ownership.
