01861.HK announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2021, the company's income was HK $287 million, down 16.6% from the same period last year; the profit attributable to the company's owners was HK $7.09 million, down 76% from the same period last year; and earnings per share were HK3.0 cents.

For the six months ended 30 June 2021, the Group recorded income of approximately HK $77 million from overseas customers (for the six months ended 30 June 2020: approximately HK $135 million). The significant decrease in overseas sales was mainly due to the following effects: (I) China's economy slowed down due to the continuing 2019-nCoV pneumonia epidemic; and (ii) during the COVID-19 epidemic, shipping costs soared and parking time prolonged, resulting in increased shipping costs, adversely affecting overseas sales orders.
