Zhitong Financial APP, Huayi Tencent Entertainment (00419) announced that the company has adopted a share incentive scheme on August 20, 2021. The purpose and objective of the Scheme is to recognize the contributions made by certain eligible participants and to provide them with incentives to retain them to contribute to the continued operation and development of the Group and to attract suitable people to promote the further development of the Group.

The maximum number of shares that may be granted under the scheme shall not exceed 10% of the issued share capital of the company at the date of adoption. The maximum number of shares that may be granted to any one of the elected grantees during any twelve-month period shall not exceed 1% of the issued share capital of the company from time to time.
