China Merchants Wing Lung Bank announced the launch of the Bay area property financing service "Bay area Housing loan Link" to provide first-hand property mortgage loans and current deed financing to customers who intend to purchase or have purchased residential properties in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Guangzhou and Zhongshan.
