01270.HK announced interim results for the period to the end of June this year, during which the hotel portfolio income was 288 million yuan, up 10.7% year-on-year, while the total rental income of trust groups was 104 million yuan, down 1.1% year-on-year. The distributable income during the period was $36 million, compared with $36000 in the same period last year. Excluding changes in the fair value of investment property and derivative financial instruments, it turned into a profit of 19.9 million yuan. The company means that the distributable income of each share binding unit is negligible, so no distribution will be declared during the period.

The higher occupancy rate during the period led to an increase of 6.4% in the average income of rentable rooms of the hotel in the first half of the year, while the hotel catering business benefited from a return to demand for dining out, and revenue increased by 20.9% year-on-year. During the period, the total revenue of the hotel increased by 10.7% year-on-year, and the hotel portfolio recorded a total operating loss of 18.2 million yuan, narrowing year-on-year.
