Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited announced that it will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The main agenda items include the approval of the 2025 annual results and their publication, as well as the consideration of the distribution of a final dividend.The meeting will be chaired by Ma Heping, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Current board members include Executive Directors Wu Zhiyang (Co-Chairman), Ma Heping (CEO), and Han Yuling; Non-Executive Directors Liang Jianzhang, Jiang Hao (Co-Chairman), Xie Qinghua, and Brent Richard Irvin; as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Yang Jiahong and Dai Xiaojing.
