WUXI BIO: DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Wuxi Bio announced that it will convene a board meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. The primary agenda will include the review and approval of the Group's annual financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, along with discussions regarding the publication of the relevant earnings announcement.The current Board of Directors is composed of Executive Directors Dr. Zhisheng Chen and Dr. Sherry Xuejun Gu, Non-Executive Directors Dr. Ge Li (Chairman), Mr. Yanling Cao, and Ms. Jingwen Miao, as well as Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. William Robert Keller, Mr. Kenneth Walton Hitchner III, Mr. Guoliang Dai, and Dr. Jue Chen.
