HUA HONG SEMI: Notification of Board Meeting

Hua Hong Semiconductor will convene a board meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026. The main agenda includes reviewing and approving the unaudited financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the fourth quarter of 2025 (October 1 to December 31).The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Bai Peng, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. The current members of the company’s board include Executive Directors Bai Peng (who also serves as President), non-executive directors Ye Jun, Sun Guodong, Chen Bo, Xiong Chengyan, and independent non-executive directors Zhang Zutong, Wang Guihuan, JP, and Feng Songlin.
