Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited announced that it will convene a board meeting on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. The main agenda items will be to review and approve the unaudited third-quarter financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, and to discuss matters related to the release of these results.The current board of directors consists of executive directors Wu Zhiyang (Co-Chairman), Ma Heping (Chief Executive Officer), Han Yuling; non-executive directors Liang Jianzhang (Co-Chairman), Jiang Hao, Xie Qinghua, Brent Richard Irvin; and independent non-executive directors Yang Jiahong and Dai Xiaojing.
