MAO GEPING: CHANGE OF FINAL DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

Mao Ge Ping Cosmetics announced a change to the payment date for the 2024 final dividend, moving the originally scheduled payment date from July 8, 2025, to June 20, 2025. The amount of the final dividend remains unchanged at RMB 0.72 per share (including tax).This final dividend plan was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on May 13, 2025, and the dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed on the company's register on May 21, 2025. Other than the change in payment date, all other related arrangements remain unchanged.
