LONGFOR GROUP Holdings Limited announced that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on March 28, 2025 (Friday), with the main agenda including the review and approval of the company's and its subsidiaries' final performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, while also considering the issue of the final dividend. Currently, the company's Board of Directors consists of nine members, including Mr. Chen Xuping, Mr. Zhao Yi, Ms. Shen Ying, and Mr. Zhang Xuzhong serving as executive directors, Mr. Xia Yunpeng serving as a non-executive director, and Mr. Frederick Peter Churchouse, Mr. Chen Zhian, Mr. Xiang Bing, and Mr. Liang Xiang serving as independent non-executive directors.
