HORIZONROBOT-W: DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The Board of Directors of Siasun Robot&Automation ("the Company") announces that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, to review and approve the group's consolidated annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2024, and to consider the distribution of the final dividend. The Board of Directors of the Company currently consists of four executive directors (including Chairman Dr. Yu Kai), four non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors who will all participate in the decision-making process of this meeting.
