SUNEVISION: Date of Board Meeting

SUNEVISION announced that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on February 25, 2025 (Tuesday), with the main agenda including the approval of interim results for the six months ended December 31, 2024, and related release matters, as well as considering the distribution of an interim dividend.The Board of Directors currently consists of fifteen members, including four executive directors, six non-executive directors, and five independent non-executive directors. The executive directors include Guo Binglian, Feng Yulin, Dong Zihao, and Chen Wenyuan.
