China Post Savings Bank announced that the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 will be held on 20 December 2024. In order to determine the list of H shareholders entitled to attend the meeting, the Company will suspend the registration of H-shares from 17 December to 20 December 2024. H Shareholders who wish to attend the meeting must deliver the shares together with the share transfer documents to HKSAR Limited by 4:30pm on 16 December 2024.The Bank will publish in due course a circular and a notice detailing the resolutions to be presented at the Extraordinary General Meeting. The announcement was made by the Board of Directors, Representative of the Joint Secretary of the Joint Company, and the date of publication is 2 December 2024.
