Bosideng International Holdings Limited announced that the board of directors will convene a meeting on November 28, 2024 (Thursday) to mainly review and approve the interim performance for the six months ending on September 30, 2024, as well as to decide whether to declare an interim dividend. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Gao Dekang, Chairman of the Board, and will be attended by Executive Directors Ms. Mei Dong, Ms. Huang Qiaolian, Mr. Rui Jingsong, and Mr. Gao Xiaodong, as well as Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Dong Binggen, Mr. Wang Yao, and Dr. Wei Weifeng.
