Digital Domain Group Limited ("Digital Domain") held a special shareholder meeting on November 11, 2024, and approved the distribution agreement with ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. ("ADATA"). The agreement allows Digital Domain Gaming Media Limited to become the exclusive general distributor of XPG brand products in Greater China and the Americas. The voting results of the shareholder meeting showed that over 50% of the shareholders supported the resolution, hence formally approved. ADATA and its affiliate Mega International Investment Co., Ltd. own approximately 19.40% of the shares and abstained from voting at the meeting, giving independent shareholders about 80.60% of the voting power. The shareholder meeting was attended by executive director Mr. Xie An, Dr. Sun Daqian, non-executive director Mr. Xu Xingli, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Duan Xiongfei, Ms. Liu Chang, Dr. Elizabeth Monk Daley, and Mr. Hu Jinheng, while non-executive director Ms. Alla Y Alenikova was unable to attend.
