Tan International Limited ("the Company") will hold a board of directors meeting on November 13, 2024 (Wednesday) to consider and approve the mid-year performance report for the six months ending September 30, 2024, and discuss the distribution of interim dividends. The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Liu Damin, Chairman and CEO of the board, and will be announced by the Company on October 28, 2024. Currently, the executive directors of the Company include Mr. Liu Damin, Ms. Chen Ping, and Mr. Yang Shaochang.
