Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited ("Conch Cement") announced on October 18, 2024 that starting from November 1, 2024, the transfer agent for the company's listed in Hong Kong shares will be changed to Hong Kong Central Securities Registry Limited, located at Shop 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The new transfer agent will handle all transfer procedures for listed in Hong Kong shares. In addition, shareholders who have not collected their listed in Hong Kong stocks after 4:30 pm on October 31, 2024 can collect them at the new transfer agent from November 1, 2024 onwards. This change of transfer agent was announced by the board of directors of the company and notified by Mr. Yu Shui, the joint company secretary, on behalf of the board of directors.
